Good day! I know the buddy cable can be used "master-slave" on 2 hitec transmitters....... Can you mix transmitters? That is, can you use Hitec and Futaba (provided they both have the buddy capability)? Thanks for helping someone still learning in this great hobby. However, removing the Xtal or module from the slave transmitter also solves the problem. Hitec doesn't make a cord that fits Futaba's 6EX or 9C radios, so you might have to use a Futaba supplied cord in these situations. The Hitec trainer cord is OK to use with Futaba to Futaba as well as Futaba to Hitec.
