No, but if you're up to a bit of math this'll get you there: http://

I always test fly with the CG a bit forward, then if the test flight
wasn't too hairy I try it a bit further back, then more back, etc.
Forward CG = stable, not much elevator authority at low speeds.
Rearward CG = snappy performance or outright unstable, easier to do snap
rolls (whether you want to or not!), more efficient.
Where you want the CG will depend on your flying ability and taste.
