Hi all..

Can anyone tell me what size the engine muffler bolts are on a Thunder
Tiger GP-42 Engine.

Are the 3mm?

I'm looking at changing the supplied bolts from star head to a cap
screw.

Many thanks

Retap 'em all to 6-32. Get rid of the rinky-dink crap.

Better to keep them at the size that the manufacturer intended.  If you
try to convert from metric to inch size, you may not have enough thread
to give you a good grip.  Then your engine will be a piece of junk.
