What material do you suggest for making a windshield?  I have a kit and it is
missing the clear windshield, needs to be curved some when installing.

Clear butyrate sheet plastic.  Sig sells it.

You may wish to try a sheet of acetate- kind of expensive if you only
need a small piece- but very good material.  Acetate is very flexible
can be bent around curves.

Butyrate sheet works as well as acetate, and it withstands exposure to
glow fuel better.  Sig sells it.

A large soda bottle makes an excellent windshield.

The material is PETE (recyclable #1).  You can heat form it.
