When I am at my computer at home I can not go to RC Groups' website.
But when I am at work that computer will go to it fine.   Got another
site like that too...what could be the problem?

Try deleting your temporary internet files.  Sometimes ther is a corrupted
file in the internet cache that will cause problems.

On the other hand, it could be your ISP.  If there is a problem with the DNS
(domain name Server) it will prevent access.  I can't get to Quantum Models
from home with my laptop, but the same link works perfectly from work
(different ISP) on the same laptop.

Good Luck,

Are the ISP's the same? Some ISP's subscribe to different newsgroups.

ISP shouldn't matter.  www.rcgroups.com is not a newsgroup; it's a web site.
I'd guess you've got some sort of firewall software, or just browser
security settings, at home that keep you out.
We have internal web sites at work that use popups.  The help desk got a
call from an employee who couldn't access his paycheck info online.  Without
realizing everything it really did, he installed someone's "cute" cursor and
toolbar in his browser. One of its 'features' was a popup blocker.  When the
help desk asked if he'd installed any new software he answered "no" and they
ended up sending a tech to his desk to find it was a self inflicted problem.
Check the security settings in both browsers, and look for plugins at home
that you don't have at work.  It's like looking for a servo horn screw that
fell in the grass at the flying field.
