If you mean gasoline to 2 stroke oil, it's easy.

Given: 132 ounces in a gallon.

32:1 = 4.125 oz oil.
50:1 = 2.64 oz oil.
75:1 = 1.76 oz oil.
100:1 = 1.32 oz oil.

Simply divide 132 by the ratio desired.

OOPS!  Brain fart!!!

32:1 = 4 oz oil
50:1 = 2.56 oz oil
75:1 = 1.70 oz oil
100:1 = 1.28 oz oil

Your mileage may vary.  :)

I say old chap, is that an "imperial" gallon? The U.S. version is only 128
oz. :-)

No.  An imperial gallon is 1.2 US gallons.
