cheap flight packs

- 3 MINI-STD servos
- ICS-480 speed controller
- R6NII receiver
- 9.6V/1600mAh Battery

How is a 9.6V battery useful in a flight pack?

I am assuming since it has the ICS-480 speed controller that has a bec
circuit in it, the flight pack is intended for electric powered
airplanes. With a bec on the speed controller, you don't need a receiver
battery.
