It made it to rec.models.rc.air. I don't view the group
through RCM, so I don't know whether it will show up
there. It's possible that RCM is moderating the group
on their server.

(I always read posts that say "Don't Bother Reading."
Bad habits die hard.)

Chuckle..... I've been having a fit with the company that has the
servers for newsgroups - they claim they were changing out a bunch of
their servers - and "had some problems". I was posting but the posts
simply "vaporized". Not a life threatening situation - but
frustrating just the same. I think everything is working now - but it
took them about three days. Again, over a period of a lifetime, three
days is trivial...... Thanks for reading my don't read post <G>

I believe them. I've read a little bit about the NNTP protocol.
It's great when it works. :o)
