Sometimes stupidity is substituted for large testicles.  This sure does seem
to be one of those times.

He proves the old saying that with enough power, anything will fly.

I kept thinking while watching his flight, "What if one of the fuel lines
come off or the water bottle fuel tank split and drenched him with fuel?"

With the wind fanning the flames, there wouldn't much much left of him by
the time he landed.
