Dont buy it unless you are prepared to throw the brushed motor away
and sink some money into
a 200 watt brushless outrunner, 2000mah 3 cell battery , and a 25 amp
controller. That plus a wad of clay in the nose is what it took to
make it fly . Dont even show it a bottle of CA glue as it will shrivel
up and melt. Mine now flys
very well but it looks like it has been in a few sorties.

You are absolutely correct about the brushed motor. But with the proper BL
motor combo (I have an Eflite 450) it flies beautifully.  Very smoothe and
scalelike. Yes, it does require a reasonable amount of weighr upfront with
the new motor.
Use foam-safe CA and you'll have no problem.
