Hi guys.  Can anyone point me to a sailplane thats not to big and has
electric motor for starting?
I need something to toss in the air on weekends.  I now have 4 kids from 0
to 7, and getting to the airfield isn't easy.  I'd like it to be ARF or
close to it.
What plane would you recommend?

Thanks!  I see the easystar is easier to get hold of where I live.  Do you
know if the 900mAh 6 cell battery can be substitutet with a lipo-pack, or is
that not recommended?

definitely recommended!

2s 1000-1300 will be similar weight, more power and MUCH more duration.

dont expect more than a slow crawl to altiude with the stock motor
though. Wear it out and buy a brushless!

The new Thunder Tiger eHawk 1500 looks like a good value and a nice flying
aircraft.

Good luck and good shopping!

Add the E Flite Ascent to the list.  It comes either ARF or PNP ( just add
RX)

Hey Stefan.
The easystart or  easyglider are almost the best andhave a good reputations.
BUTT!! There a new kids on  the block...The Graupener Junior Sport.  This
foam glider kost the same and hase a blushless out of the box. where as the
multiplex comes with brushed cans.

The desing is almost like an easyglider and it flyes al little faster.
One down site :(   The carbon tube for the wing is to brittle, you need one
with a thicker skin.
