G'day all :-)

I have finally managed to complete another loco.  RVR No 3 "Auraria" is a
conversion of an Aristocraft 2-4-2T to "Australianise" it and make it blend
in with the rest of the 1:24 (nominal ;-) scale of the Rurr Valley Railway.
It is battery powered and controlled by onboard RCS radio control and
features a modified Bachmann sound unit.

Since it will be some time before I get the chance to update my webpage I
have posted an article on my new loco on the myLargescale.com forum.  The
article includes a number of photos.

My G gauge garden homage to the now long gone railways of Tasmania's west
coast, the "Rurr Valley Railway" http://www.cia.com.au/bullack/rvrtitle.html

also http://www.cia.com.au/bullack/ , where the steam era NSWGR secondary
lines live on in HO at bucolic "Lambing Flat"

and http://members.optusnet.com.au/lambingflat/ for the family stuff!
