What to set in PCM

I have just got a Futaba 9C transmitter and a PCM receiver and was wondering
what failsafes I need to set.

for helis?

Set controls to neutral and the throttle to idle or off.  Its going crash so
just make it crash without killing someone.  The throttle to idle so IF it
does come back you can fly or to cut so if it crashes, well its quiet at
least.
