Is the hole pattern the same on a OS61 to a OS91, or the question another
way, what have I got to change to fit the OS91 in the CS, does the cooling
shroud need altering as well?

This is off the top of my head so continue to do more research on it.

I believe that the 91 is a drop in replacement for the 61. If you are
talking about the Vigor CS I do not believe that the cooling shroud will
need any modification. IIRC you may have to elongate the holes in the side
frames to handle the change in gearing you will need to do. i.e. 11 tooth
pinion and 88 tooth main gear.
