Where can I find a manual for the Gasser? I've never heard of it but I'm
told I need the 11 tooth pinion gear from it and the ergo 88 tooth main gear
to achieve the ration of 8.0:1 for my Vigor.

Why do you need a Gasser Manual? Here are the part numbers:

JRP960376 11 Tooth Pinion

JRP960002 88 Tooth Main Gear

You might try a Google search for

"11 tooth" pinion Vigor

it will provide you with information you may need to perform the rest of the
modifications necessary for that ratio.
