Kev, make sure the control rod, bell crank, pitch change ball/links and the
blade holders themselves ALL move with no friction. If there's ANY friction,
the gyro and tail rotor servo will have a harder time than necessary either
tarting a yaw or stopping one.

or not holding very well at all (too little)

All the more reason to check the freedom of movement of all things tail
rotor.

If you don't change the length of any of the links, no major trim changes
should happen, so think on, measure things if you intend pulling links off
rods to replace them.
