Does anyone know of a upgrade part for the starter shaft as the pin always
brakes !!

Thanks

Ahh the old Nexus broken pin syndrome!

I tried every thing from ground down drill bits to small masonry nails (to
no avail, just too hard). First check for wear in the centre hub and
engaging dog, if these are wearing then pins will break at a rate of knots.
Next try and get hold of some stainless steel wire, 3mm I think. You will
find its tough but not brittle, that should last a while!

I found that if when I started it and didnt press the electric starter down so
hard on cone it will last longer and once it starts pull it off immediately
