Well, you know how we can all do things on a sim! I thought it was about
time I did it for real. Had about 15 minutes of great fun including me first
loops, then whooops. I think the problem was that owing to the cold the
signals from the brain (such as it is) got delayed on their way down to the
thumbs. Then of course there's the other problem, the reset button wouldn't
rebuild the heli, like what it does on the sim. This has got to be a
software error;o)

Hmm... I believe your moniker is a bit misleading. After viewing the
video I believe it would be safe to say you are far from the "Average
Heli Person". Nice video... even nicer flying. Very impressive.

Thanks Elton.  If I was 1/2 as good as I want to be, I'd be twice as good as
I am now.  The enjoyment for me comes from knowing I'll never be as good as
I want to be.  There are loads of guys who blow me clean away and I aspire
to be like them.  I never will be but that won't stop me trying :-)  When
it's not a challenge, it's not fun any more.

I was there that day and have seen how he,  while in hover just shaked, and
turned  the camera.

Once there was a boy who's parents made him come right home directly after
school.  And when they went to their church, he shook and lurched all over
the church floor.  Mmmmm mmmm mmmm mmmm....

You talking about the peddle or motor kind?  I ask because I've been riding
motorcycles for almost 35  ( :-o ) years now.  I've not done any serious
bicycling since I was in high school.  I probably should.  I'm way too much
of a couch potatoe.

Either way,  Ride Safe!

Oh yeah, I can just see me pedalling a bike around at my age :-))

Well it's a motor type I've got (one for now, but a 2nd one coming in the
new year when the snow's gone (yep, it's snowed here!!:-)) I rode as a
youth, but not for years, but I got back into it a couple of years ago.
Looked back a LOT since :-)

Bollocks to that Steve. If god had intended to get us on pedal bikes, he'd
have given us arses that fitted the saddles:-)

Speaking of snow, we just had our very first white Christmas here on the
Texas Gulf Coast.  :-D  It was wonderful!
