Technical differences are along the lines of

Engine is lighter than the original 50SXH while delivering more
power at higher revs

Engine fits in a 30 size 'bay', so you could say smaller

Carb bore is 1.5mm bigger 'to increase overall power'

Saying that a friend of mine has recently had the chance to try both
engines. The 50SXH managed about 5 more flights than the hyper before the
piston was holed. The SXH lasted around 15 flights, when that one broke, my
friend got a hyper to replace it.... that one lasted around 10 flights,
before the same thing happened.

He was using Irvine sport 5 in the SXH and used Wildcat 5% in the hyper.
We're both thinking that maybe more nitro is needed as OS say in the manual
of the OS91H that the carb is set for between 15%-30% nitro.

Don't let me put you off by any means, but be very careful is all I'd
suggest.

have fun

The Hyper is meant to have more power than the SXH.

It looks nice as well!
