realfight and controller

hi guys,

a mate has given me a copy of realflight with the controller but the
controller is broken!! dropped off the bench, nasty incident!!

now sure i can obtain a new controller for a cost however, i also have a
cable that come with a copy of truflite that plugs into a com port..

can i use this cable/controller with realflight or am i going to have to
purchase a new rf job ?? i cant find installation settings anywhere!!

can anyone advise??

You can not use the tru-flite one they are not compatible. What version of
realflight is it, gameport or usb?

If it is a game port you should be able to get an interface to use your tx,
that appears as a joystick under windows.
