I cannot get FMS to work with the supplied interface cable by
HOBBYJAPAN2000.com
Someone said that cable will not work with the Windows XP OS.
HOBBY JAPAN says it will.
If anyone has gotten that cable to work with XP, please tell me what I must
do to make it work.

How can I tell if it is an Esky or clone TX.?   HOBBYJAPAN says it is a Jabo
II Zen Hua TX.

Download the program suggested by Funfly3. If it works fine if not then
you'll know.
What have you got to lose.

I downloaded PP Joy 4 or 5 times hoping it would work.  It didn't.

I tried that too several times and  all I kept getting from the final window
was, "Invalid sync byte".
James at HOBBYJAPAN2000 told me to see if the keyboard allocations worked,
and that if they did then something was wrong with my settings or with PP
Joy.  Most of the keyboard allocations do work, but for some reason my TX
can't read the serial stream from my computer.  I just keep getting "Invalid
Sync Byte", whatever that means.

first add the joystick controller using configure joystick program from
ppjoy click add using in the parallel port type virtual joystick and
controller number 2 click add next you should get a found new hardware
wizard click done after its loaded the software it needs to find the
joystick before you carry on??
next use the ppjoy com program click on the bleep on serial option and you
should here it bleep though the pc speaker use the serial option zhen hua 5

if that's ok go to fms chose joystick interface and map the joystick use
