I am thinking of getting the JR9x radio.
Can anyone tell me if they use it & how it is rated in general.
I'm more than happy with my 9XII.
There are lots of new features compared with my 3810.
The downside - I found the standard NiCad pack was a bit limiting and bought
a 2500mAh pack.

I've been using the original 9x for just over a year now. I've even sold my old
PCM10, as the 9 does everything I need, is more flexible and has more model
memories!

adding on to that, the only thing i found strange but you get used to it is
its a lot thicker to hold than a 3810 that i had before

Thanks all.
I am just getting back into the hobby after a 3 year absence & i used to
have the Futaba 9z w/c along with many fine helicopters but i foolishly sold
them all so i'm starting again but on a more limited budget.
My mate has a hovered once brand new Futura SE (one of the later ones) up
for grabs with all coreless futaba high spec servos & an OS 61 SXH W/C &
will sell it to me so i'm sorted in the model department anyway.
Not quite as good as what my X-Cell Pro 2k was though.
Phil.
