Hello Everyone

Recently bought a Nexxus .32  used       a little while down the
road the cooling fan over the engine  broke
So i bought another one  in Aluminum   but i guess the clutch just goes in
to one another  but now when i crank the engine   first it dosent start
because the clutch seems to be sticking     any reason ??

                           Carlo          Thank you

Well, I remember having to do my Nexus clutch.  First of all, make sure that
when you epoxied the clutch material into the bell that it was pressed down
all the way around and not bubbled up anywhere.  The ends should be almost
touching but not overlapped.
Second, squeeze the inner clutch a bit, being careful not to nick or scratch
the surfaces, using pliers.  Wrap it with cardboard first.  That's how I did
it.  then insert the 2 pieces together and make sure they spin freely.

P.S.  I have some Nexus main gear spares, still in the package if you want
them.  Free, just pay for shipping, ok?
