Pardon me while I piss myself laughing. That book was crap when it first
came out and it's not even closely relevant to today's machines or methods
of learning.

184 pages ?

My copy has only got 60 (ISBN 0-85242-975-4), and I have to agree with
Grandpa Beav, it's poop.
Send me a SAE and you can have my copy for free.

Now Schluters radio controlled helicopter manual by Dieter Schluter gives me
the control horn.

It wasn't that bad as a source of info for complete beginners, who had no
idea about the hobby.

I had no idea they were so valuable. I think I'll auction off my copy.
Anything over 10 years old must surely have reached antique status in model
heli years. lol

It was CRAP and it won't have aged well either. Personally, I wouldn't use
one to wedge a sh.t house door open.

They're not.

I've got a room full of magazines just waiting for the day. Trouble is, I've
been waiting for 40 years! the PAPER will be worth more than the magazines:)

I even contemplated making the device described by Dave Day in his book at
the time. It was a mirror controlled by 3 servos with a marble on top. The
idea being to control the marble movement by tilting the mirror with the
servos.

In the end I bought a Morley Maverick and learned on that insetead.

Yes but your 40 year old collection of PORN mags is surely the subject for a
different forum. lol

That was commercialy availalbe at one time. I think it was Hirobo who sold
it. At least it was sat on the top of a Hirobo Shuttle in the ads.

Much better idea.
