Hi,

I'm replacing the main frame assembly on my Blace CP after a crack developed
near
the rear skid attach point.  I'm new to helicopters and just wondering if
any type of
lubrication should be used on the main rotor shaft before it is placed in
the main frame
assembly?

Thanks,

Win

I use silicone spray lube on mine..  One thing you may have a problem
with is the hole for the pin that holds the head on.  The edges get a
little burr on 'em sometimes and make it hard to get through the
swashplate bearing.  I used a jewelers file to knock down the really
high spots and then 400/600/1000 grit wet dry to smooth it all up
again.  Slides on nice and easy now..
