Looking for a decent sim to learn to fly my new Blade. I really am not
looking to spend a bunch of money though. Anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks.

FMS is free, but not sure how "accurate" it is. You'll need to cobble
up a cable for your Tx to use it, but how-tos are all over the net.
You get what you pay for. G3 is the way to go. It's helped me a LOT!

Amen to that. I would have spent a hell of a lot more money on replacement
parts for my Blade CP if it hadn't been for the Real Flite G3. $200.00 is
what it costs and this will let you go from beginner to 3D. The basic
assortment of airplanes and Helicopters that come with it will give you a
real taste of both hobbies. There are enough variations of Heli's that you
will get a good sampeling of what each is like. It also has the wattnot.
The wattnot is a electric fixed pitch heli that is a real bugger to fly,
but once you get the hang of it you will gain the skills you will need to
fly your Blade. Believe me, I just went through this myself. Now I can
hover my Blade like a champ.
