Anyone in the U.K. know where I can source some spares for this Heli. Fellow
Modeller has just hold of one and it is pretty good condition but does
require a few parts to get it running again (drive belts and pulleys, that
type of thing).

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be eternally
grateful.

Methinks Beav will be the man in the know here.

Regards......Mark.

Hallo Mark,

maybe you should give www.helioldie.de  a try...

Best regards, Werner

And methinks Beav'll tell you to do the honourable thing and give it a
decent burial. After all, ancient old bones deserve a rest, even unused
ancient old bones and even when the Kavan was brand new, it was ancient and
VERY boney. (And they made two distinctly different ones too btw, a fixed
pitch and a collective, neither of them much cop).

They flew like crap in the 70's and they won't fly any better now, but
you'll gnash yourself toothless trying to get hold of enough spares to keep
it flying, if you ever GET it flying.

I'd leave it where it is, or in other words, let sleeping dog lie:-)
