Real Flight Simulator controllers dont work

i dont know if im doing anaything wrong but if i am i need to know how
to fix it because the realflight controller doesnt work and i went out
and bought a usb hooke up for that thing that costs 20 bucks thats crap
so i need to know how to make this thing work it realley makes me mad
because it doesnt work and yes ive been to teh control pannell and that
did not work either but i think i did not do it right so if you got and
tips on how i can get this thing to work hit me up pleeze thanks

Did you run the software then plug the controller in?  If you plugged the
controller in first windows sees it as a joystick and realflight does not
recognise it.

If you plugged the controller in first you need to do a system restore to a
point before the controller was plugged in.

Punctuation is your friend...

I'm going to assume this is a brand-new purchase...  Read the manual..
Can you verify the USB ports on your computer actually work?  Does
Windows "see" the RF controller?  Does RF "see" the controller?  Have
you called/e-mailed tech support?

The realflight web site has a knowledge base you can search for help.
