I've just picked up a Century Helicopter  HummingBird electric heli and
wondered if anyone else had one of these machines and would like some
feedback!

The "Bird" is a V3 (version 3) with an Elite 4 radio!

The first thing you should do is stiffen up the head so it doesn't
flex, it will fly a lot better.
