related to F/w really, but here goes...I'm fitting a H9 P51, paired
ailerons, two flap servos, two elevator servos, throttle, rudder, gear. Can
this be done on an 8ch Rx? I have used the "ailevator" mix for the two
elevator servos but this now seems to preclude using a spare channel for the
second flap servo, yet I still have an output free ont he Rx. Am I missing a
trick here or do I need to go and get a 9ch Rx. (Or did you other H9 users
mod it to be able to pair the elevator servos?) NB, I cannot Y lead the
elevators as I am taking outputs from OPPOSITE sides of each one, so they
MUST rotate in opposite directions if I am to avoid tailerons!!
Apologies for the fixed wing theme, but I'm pulling me hair out!

can you not just mix the flap channel and channel 8 together??

No because the ailevator mix has channels 2 and 8.
I could really do with either mixing ch 7 to the flap signal. Either that or
find another way of controlling two elevator servos without a Y lead.
I'm not sure there's an electronic answer to this one.

What is the problem?
1- aileron
2- elevator #1
3- throttle
4- rudder
5- gear
6- flap #2
7- flap #1
8- elevator #2
A simple P-mix 100% from Ch7 master to ch6 slave will do the flaps.
Battery is Y'd into the lowest drain channel which would be throttle.
Battery monitor is Y'd into another channel.
