So...

i have spent all morning running around Southampton, trying to find a
heli related mag. Aeroplane, boat, car yep, heli... hahaha...

WHSmiths said "a mag about heli's! well we dont do em.." she wasnt
very helpfull, didnt even look in their catalogue.

So, is this true, are there no mags dedicated to this hobby? I use to
get rcm&e but even in there, there was only 1 or 2 adverts and that
was for elec micro heli's.

Help !!

Pete.

Just did a 'Google' and came up with a site that answers your question.
It shows a couple of H/C magazines.

Point your browser at;
http://www.modelhelicopters.co.uk/acatalog/BooksEtc_Magazines.html

I hope it is what you were looking for.

Model Helicopter World.
Produced by Traplet Publications and Stocked at some larger WHSmiths.
Failing that, get a subscription direct from traplet at
http://www.modelheliworld.com/

Did you try HobbyStores in Bernard Street?

I hardly ever see heli mags in newsagents any more - need to go to a model
shop or subscribe.

I subscribe to RotorWorld (http://www.rotorworld.co.uk/) - I prefer its
style and it's only £18 per year (only 6 issues per year but thats enough
for me).

Cheers,

Nigel

i have required..

my own fault, wanting to fly before i can hover ;-)

Ill have a look at Rotoworld... thanks
