Hello I wonder if any one could help I have a Concept 60 that was flying
fine one day and the next time out it has developed a fault, as soon as the
skids go light the tail starts whipping from side to side, I first thought
the tail drive had come loose as this did happen once, but if I flick the
switch from heading hold it is ok and I can take of and fly / hover, as soon
as I flick back to heading hold it starts whipping again and I nearly loose
it, being only a novice, I also checked and changed the battery.

Regards

sounds like the gyro needs backing off a little, as it's always trying
to correct itself. Turn down the sensitivity and try again.

Thanks for the help Beav & Alistair, I got chance to have a go last night,
turning down the gain did stop the violant swinging from left to right, but
now its just twiching left to right no mater how for down I turn the gain, I
have remounted the gyro on new pads as the old ones had gone to jelly, but
there is a vibration on the tail which I need to have a play with. Regards
Rob
