Most people call that PE... Pilot Error... ;)

So how's your blade doing? I trust you have training gear on it?
Alibi10 Jerry - 23 Dec 2006 01:58 GMT
I'm scaring myself in my 2 car garage Scott, very windy and 80° here
in South Florida.
..another day with no damage. <whew>

the trick is to get up of the floor quite quickly instead of skating
around a few inches off it once you are out of the ground effect they
are a lot more stable

Not too quickly!  Get it stablized in one spot then SMOOTHLY add power
until it's flying.  Don't just pour on the coals and hope for the
best...

Jerry, when you do get the gear off, it's going to fly a lot
differently and you'll need to be smooth on the controls.  You won't
have as much pendulum effect 'cuz the additional weight of the
training gear won't be there anymore.
