My nephew, 20, has mastered the Twister Bell, he says (i havent seen him
fly) and he's after the next machine up. He wants electric (hence my
question, or I'd suggest a Raptor) and his aim, ultimately, is 3D. Any
suggestions?

you can get the Trex if your budget allows, or you can get the cheaper
price 6ch helicopters. You search around with Google:

good deal

I have learnt well with the trex 450. The spares are cheap so crashing wont
stop your fun for long!
