Check the top rotor head to see if its slipping on the inner shaft or gear.
Just hold the gear with one hand and try to turn the top blades with the
other hand. If the blades turns its either the plastic head has come unglued
from the shaft or the screws on the bottom gear have come loose. The plastic
head can be glued back on with super glue, you just have to be careful to
make sure you don't get glue on the fly bar grip.

Alternatively you can replace the inner shaft and upper head assembly with
the E-Flite Blade CX alloy head and inner shaft (ELFH1240).

Another thing to check is the swash plate to make sure the bottom hasn't
fallen out of it. It can be glued back into place but you have to be very
very careful to make sure you don't get glue on the bearing. Again you can
upgrade to the Blade CX alloy swash plate (EFLH1246) and fix this problem
for good.

Lastly check the fly bar to make sure its straight and the top blades to
make sure their tracking inline.
