It's really hard to answer these kinds of questions specifically without
actually being there to test fly the model.  The most obvious answer,
without trying to sound like a smart a.s is, "trim a little left cyclic"
until it gets better.

There's a few things you're not telling us.  Is it continuously trying to
roll right while it's in the air or is it trying to toll over to the right
while it's still on the ground?  If it's the first, then trimming the cyclic
left will help.  You'll know you've got it right when the model does not
"trend" in the same direction all the time.  If it's the later, that may be
normal depending on how level the ground is.  One thing you need to
understand about take-offs, the model will rarely come straight up off the
ground without you having to hold some amount of cyclic along the way.  This
is especially true if the ground isn't level or is uneven for some reason.
If you trim it to come off the ground without holding any control inputs, it
will not be trimmed in the air.  It's always best to trim the model in the
air and then just hold what you have to hold to get it to come off the
ground straight.  As soon as the skids lift off, you can relax the control
inputs you're holding and everything should be Ok.

Hope this helps,
Fly Safe,
Steve R.
