Just wondering if anyone on here knows how carbon fiber rotor blades are
made?  Are they vacuum bagged or molded?

Thanks!

I can't speak for RC blades, but i work for a helicopter manufacturer that
makes them in house.  the molds are used to get the ouside shape and a
vacuum bag is used to get the inner cavities.

How do they get the bag out?

RC c/f blades are usually molded but their internal structure is made up of
a foam core.
