Anybody care to advise on which Loctite is best for securing all the
various bolts on my new toy ( Belt CP )

I have access to pretty much all the range of 'proper' threadlocks,
but wonder if they will have an adverse effect on the plastic head/
frame.

Thanks.

You want the blue stuff...  Don't recall the actual Loctite number off
the top of my head, but you want to be able to remove the part later.
Don't use the red stuff or you'll never get it apart without copious
amounts of heat.

Loctite (or any other threadlocking compound) goes on metal to metal
connections and you don't need much.  Too much and it can foul
bearings/bushings etc..  Don't use it on plastic as it'll attack some
plastics.

Most screws going into plastic are "self-locking" but if you're
unsure, a SMALL dab of medium CA will lock the screw in.

Oh yeah, once ya get it together, give the Loctite at least 12 hours
to set up before ya go fly.
