I've been told that the Century 450 is more stable (for hovering & circuits)
than the Align 450SEV2. Has anyone any experience of this? Thanks - Dave

I don't have personal experience with the Century 450 but it's been my
experience through the years that "stability" in a model helicopter is as
much a function of setup as anything else.  Align has pretty much set the
standard for the 450 size birds for quite some time now and they're just now
starting to get some decent competition, IMO.  Birds like Miniature
Aircrafts Furion 450 and Curtis Youngblood's Rave will give it a run for the
money.  I'm sure the Century version won't be a slouch either but there are
"many" factors that go into rotorcraft stability including the individual
pilots "perception" of how the bird flies.  What's stable for one person may
be twitchy to another.  What I would be more interested in knowing, and this
will be discovered in time, is how well the individual models hold up to the
inevitable pounding they're going to take!  :-)

FWIW!

Fly Safe,
Steve R.
