Blade CP Pro 2 Tail issues

I have an issue w/my Blade CP Pro 2's tail rotor.  It's fully stock
(component wise).  At a hover it holds and is fully controllable but no
matter how much I adjust the proportional to the right (+) the nose
still yaws left when I advance the cltv at a moderate rate (and yes I
reset the heli and tx).  This only happens during normal operation, not
idle up.  During idle up, I turn the heli inverted either by roll or
pitch and it holds somewhat but as I give neg cltv to return upright,
the tail spins violently in an unknown direction to myself due to me
freaking out almost crashing into a tree.  Tried a second time at a
different heading pertaining to the wind and still the same thing
happens.  Still couldn't see which direction the tail moves.  Could my
tail motor be going out?  I seem to have less power in my climb. I'm
thinking that my 800 mah 3 cell lipo could be weaker than it needs to
be.  Tried it w/a newer pack that feels the same in power.  Regardless
this still happens at the very beginning of the flight when the pack is
full.  Another thing during idle up at a higher altitude, the tail still
holds more than not even after I go full negative and "pop" the heli
w/full positive cltv.

thanks, i was just hoping someone else might have had this problem and
was wondering what the fix could be and how such a fix turned out.  For
now, I'll mess around w/my Raptor 60 v.1 till i get more money.  I
damaged my T-Rex 450 XL due to the flybar not see-sawing smoothly, I
think the main blade grips' tension had something to do w/it.  I'm not
liking the plastic head and was wondering if a purchase of the HKH-450
V2 Carbon-Metal for $84 would be a good deal and a better heli.
