Turbine Model Helicopters

Watched a program on Sky last night about model Jat aircraft (F15, etc).
Occurred to me that I've never heard or seen anything about Turbine model
helicopters.

Are there such things?

There certainly are...

Vario make turbine based helis, as does Len Mount plus several others.

Pricey though - think £1000s instead of £100s

If you're into scale helis, and you can afford them, turbines set your model
apart from the glow and petrol engined ones. They sound so real! Just a
pipedream for me though. No way could I afford that much cash on a "toy".
