Ofna 086 pipe, aluminium clutch, and replacement pull start for the Hyper 21
8 Port I also got from Ebay arrived this morning. Total cost in this
country (the UK), about £100. Total cost from USA, including shipping, £51
:) Also, but from the a UK seller, my 15 tooth vented clutch bell and new
bearings arrived this morning. No wonder i'm so skint - it's ebays fault :)
I'll probly get it all fitted tonight whilst watching the footy, and might
post some pic's up later for y'all!

Iv'e been trying my very hardest to get a buggy and starting equipment off
of ebay, but every time I bid on something, someone beats me out on it in
the last minute. Very disheartening to say the least.

Keep trying ;) You'll get there in the end, and everyone know off road
buggys are better than road cars and other trucks ;)

You'll probably never get anything on eBay, until you do.

The fact that they bid late is immaterial; the deciding factor is that
they bid *higher* than you did.

Yep...Bid high if you REALLY want it...I have been out bid so many times at
the last seconds....Unless you have cable or better and you can refresh it
real quick at the last seconds.

Ok, you people have a different word for EVERTHING... I assume there is SOME
way you guys got "footy" from Television, or "Tellie" but could you explain? I
have seen this before but have always wanted to know how Television got to be
"Footy"
I had a Brit friend who told me he had a case of the "Disco".
I could never figure that out.... till he told me:
Disco DANCER = Cancer
Other interesting Brit colloquialisms:
If you're in trouble.... you're in the deep "Barny"
Barny Rubble = Trouble
Apples & Pears = The Stairs
Titfer (Tat) = A Hat
Im sure there are many more.... feel free to share some of your favorites.
Now... back ON TOPIC....
Nice lookin' RC ya got there, bet it's FAST!

Dan,
How long did your Hyper .21 8-port take to cross the pond? It's been 10 days
since I paid for mine and there's no sign of it yet.
Did you use the flywheel off your old engine or did you buy a new one?

It took about 2 weeks, so don't worry yet :)
I used my old flywheel, but one of my friends found his didn't fit and had
to get a smaller one. Protech SX-21 3 shoe clutch flywheel fits, Force 21 2
shoe flywheel doesn't fit :)

I finally did it!
I won an item I was wanting. I won an Airtronics M8 Transmitter. All I need
to do now is win the Synthesized modules and I'll be one very happy camper.
