KO RX antena wire legnth

Hi all, I`ve got an KO kr301 rx and I am suffering range probs with my Mars
R. How long is the rx wire antena as mine seems short, but I have no
comparison. could, if anyone has one, measure theres and let me know?

What freq is it? 27 or 75?

Or even 40 meg, in UK :)

My sons 2wd aerial length is 330 mm his 4wd is 340 mm, both KO KR 301 F
receivers with Esprit II Type R transmitter .. He's never had any
interference at all, despite the apparent difference in length.

ooopps its UK 40mhz fm. It just seems short and on our new track theres a
dead spot on the top corner (furthest away)
