Ok guys,
I got this used charger . Does anyone have one of these ? I am getting false
peaks but really don't know how to use the charger either. Does anyone use
or have used one of these ?
I need some input. I am running a regulated TrippLite power supply and
trying to charge 1500-1800 batts.
Thanks,
Iowa883

I've been using a BC100L for many years and the only time I get false peaks
is when the batteries are hot or not discharged properly and when the supply
voltage is low (using truck battery).  Which model of the TrippLite PS are
you using and what amperage are you charging at?

Looking at the TrippLite web site I wouldn't use anything less than the PR12
which you will get a continuous 9.5 amps output @ 13.8 volts.  If your using
anything less than this that could be the reason for the false peaks, if you
are trying to draw more current than the power supply will put out.

Cheers
Richard
