Hello,

I used to be into the hobbie quite a few years ago with a Kyosho Burns
4x4. I am looking at what is on offer now and would like some advice
on what to get. I'm looking at the Infreno MP-5 and 7.5. How are they
different and what would be equivalent to Burns? Any other makes to
consider?

Thanks a lot,
Alex

bot hthe mp5 and 7.5 are awesome buggies. personally, i would look into the
new Kyosho MP777. I have heardn othing but good things about the buggy. I
myself am getting ready to trade my super Savage for a XRAY XB8 buggy w/
novarossi Medial M2k engine, so I will update on how it is when I get it,
according to all the reviews I have read, it is also a very good buggy.

A 7.5 has a bit longer chassis, thus is easier to control. MP5 = tighter turns!
7.5 comes with full bearing set as well as some extra stuff you don't get on a
stock MP5 - If I had to choose between the two, I'd go for the MP 7.5! - I like
and have both!

I like the MP7.5 myself - Is very similar to the MP 777 depicted here  >>
http://www.kyosho.com/cars/kyoc0564.html - close ups depict shock-shaft
protection, some additional shock tower placement holes - and lower center of
gravity items -- A BIG Plus - if you're a serious racer! -- I'd go with the MP
777 otherwise the MP 7.5 is a good choice for racing as well

One point re the MP7.5  there is a WORLD of difference between the Sports
RTR and the kit versions. I have had one of the RTR ones and I don't think I
would go that way again.
