Anyone with inside scoop with Trinity? Seems their support has been really performing poor recently. There's lots of posts on their own techtalk forum about it. And I sent an email off to both Tower (the supplier) and Trinity (the manufacturer) with a politely worded complaint. Tower were fantastic and simply shipped another replacement shell free of charge, but from Trinity I received nada, not even a reply to my em. And of course the final insult was when the replacement shell arrived and it was exactly the same as the one I complained about, so at least the quality is consistent - consistently poor.
