Anyone with inside scoop with Trinity?

Seems their support has been really performing poor recently. There's
lots of posts on their own techtalk forum about it.

Just wondering if they are going to pull a Bolink?

I have friends (contacts at least) in the industry, and I haven't
heard anything like that.  Doesn't prove much, though.

Holy poop, I hope not, I just couldn't stand it if my supply of Green
Machines couldn't be replaced hehehe

Although I have to say that I ordered one of their body shells and the
quality is simply appalling compared to Proline and HPI. And I sent an email
off to both Tower (the supplier) and Trinity (the manufacturer) with a
politely worded complaint. Tower were fantastic and simply shipped another
replacement shell free of charge, but from Trinity I received nada, not even
a reply to my em.

And of course the final insult was when the replacement shell arrived and it
was exactly the same as the one I complained about, so at least the quality
is consistent - consistently poor. Back to Proline and HPI for shells.

But I do love my Green Machines ......
