Wow, great service. You must be the same guy that works at the LHS.

At the risk of admitting I don't get the joke: I don't work at any LHS.

I was just saying that because the guy at my LHS is the same way. You
ask him a question like do you have 48 pitch 13tooth pinion gears? Yup.
And he just sits there looking at you.

Real customer service guru? Sounds like these dumbasses here - and I quote
"There's the wall over there" (pointing at a wall full of unsorted parts on
peg hangers) What's wrong with these people, don't they realize if they
don't help one bit, you will just buy it from Tower or any other online
retailer to avoid their knuckle dragging idiocy? F.M.D., service is a lost
artform isn't it.

if you were working in a hobby store it would go bankrupt.

He identifies the problem down to the part, and tells you how to get
it for free? If so, that sounds like excellent service to me.

What happens next if you say "I would like to buy one"?

Sounds like the reverse primary gear in the transmission is munched.
If it's new model I'd call Traxxas UK and ask for wty replacement of
the part.
