Do they twitch only while starting?
Are they OK once the engine is running?
What method do you use to start the engine?
Electric on-board starters can arch and spark and cause
RF noise. So can starter boxes. If this is what you use,
it may be the cause. Fill us in more.

Servos also twitch when the electrical components, anywhere along the
line, are wet. Check every part/wire in the electrical loop, and make
sure none are wet, touching another part somehow, or otherwise
interfered with.

This sort of stuff can be hard :-( If its any help, I recently had a
*terrible* interference/glitching problem, and I rotated the receiver 180
degrees in the chassis and it fixed it .... ooops I mean it seems to have
improved matters so far hahahaha
