Thanks! to anyone for their quick help!!! :)

We are having major problems with the setup of the Differential on
page 6 of the manual, " Setting the Differential". When the motor turns
on, it spins the spur gear but the wheels don't turn or barely turn
while holding it in the air. I have tightened the DIff Thrust bolt
6575,( broke the first one) and have tightened the slipper spring
locknut 6629 all the way down, what's up with that? This truck will not
move an inch, but all of the gears are spinning!!!

ALSO

The manual states the outdrives should spin opposite ways, but they
don't, they both spin the same direction with very little friction.

You can push the car on the floor, with no resistance, the wheels just
spin like something is not connected in the gears, but I swear
everything is put together correctly.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Dan

This might sound stupid:

Are the wheels connected to the axles correctly? Meaning...there's
notches in the wheels, and on the axles there's roll pins. The wheels
mount with the roll pins in the notches of the wheels on the rear.

When you say the gears are spinning...are the outerdrives spinning?

Also if the truck has grub screws at the axle/driveshaft to differential
make sure they are tight.

Diverential to tight,, put the wrong gears in the front or back???
i have seen some where the front are slightly higher geared than the
rear.....Dont ask me why ask the company.....
if yours is like this then putting them in the front would make them
tight....

Have you tacken out the drive shafts???then see if the front or back wheels
turn as they should,,,this will narrow the problem down...
