Opinions please. Price no object, what is the absolute best electric and
nitro RTR on-road cars available?

Well there is no easy answer to these questions. I mean what do you mean by
"best"?
I mean the Tamiya XBG gas cars are the easiest to run, best constructed,
highest quality and most trouble free RTR's I've experienced. But on the
flip side, they are slow, so does this qualify as the "best" or not? It
depends on your criteria.
Having said all that, for RTR electrics, I would imagine that a TC3 or a TC4
would be a pretty safe bet.

I would think the tc3 I own one and love it great car lots of power
with the 15x engine 1.5 hp I have put a quart and maybe a quarter into
it only have brocken a few part this also being my first car

I have had a TC3 since they first came out and love it. The RTR tc3 is a
good starting place, maybe even the TC4
